A Driving School With a Difference
Bells DUI is committed to teaching safe driving skills. We offer a variety of programs and resources so just about anyone may obtain a driver's license for the first time or have his or her driving privileges reinstated.
Driver Education Classes
Bells DUI is a state-licensed driving school, providing training for young adults. We have been training students in the field of Driver Education since 1998. Georgia law requires our program to consist of 30 hours in the classroom and 6 hours behind the wheel. By taking the classroom course, parents may be entitled to the $150.00 tax credit and a 10% insurance discount.
All insurance companies for the teenage driver education discount accept the program certificate given at the completion of the course. With weekend and summer classes, we do our best to ensure our students can demonstrate safe driving decisions and not make poor choices.
Students may bring a lunch or leave over the lunch hour. The driving portion of the program is done at a later date and time.
Students must dress appropriately for class. Apparel that is too short or revealing is not allowed. All students are expected to act appropriately and respectful at all times and must have a valid learner's permit before the behind-the-wheel driving can begin. Closed heel shoes must be worn during the driving sessions. Each student will receive training which will allow him or her to develop defensive driving skills.
Seating will be on a first come, first served basis. You may register by phone or at our office. The fee for the course is $350.00. Individual driving is $110.00 for a two-hour session. We accept cash, checks, credit, or debit cards.
Students must come into the office to register, and all fees must be paid to hold a spot. Class sizes do not exceed 30 students and operate with a minimum of five students. We must have five students by 4:00 pm the day before class begins, or the course will be canceled.
